EMMA India successfully concluded the EMMA India Judge Training 2026, held in Bangalore, bringing together approximately participants from across the country for an intensive two-day programme focused on technical updates, judging consistency, and the continued development of India’s car audio competition ecosystem.
Conducted under the guidance of Experienced International Head Judges Mickey Tang from Taiwan and Prapasakorn Bhucksasri (“Jino”) from Indonesia, alongside International Head Judge and EMMA India CEO Karthikk Raj – the two-day program provided participants with a comprehensive understanding of the latest EMMA Global 2026 judging regulations, scoring methodologies, and evaluation procedures.
Designed for aspiring judges, experienced competitors, installers, and industry professionals alike, the programme combined classroom instruction with practical demonstrations to ensure participants gained both theoretical knowledge and real-world judging experience.
Throughout the programme, attendees were introduced to the principles governing installation assessment, sound quality evaluation, tuning philosophy, creativity, system integration, and documentation. Practical vehicle evaluations formed a key part of the curriculum, allowing participants to apply EMMA’s internationally recognised judging standards under the supervision of the instructors. These hands-on sessions encouraged discussion, calibration of scoring practices, and a deeper appreciation of the objectivity and consistency required in competitive judging.

Commenting on the successful culmination of the 2026 EMMA India Judge Training, EMMA India CEO and International Head Judge Karthikk Raj commented, “It is incredibly rewarding to witness India steadily transforming into a nation where car audio is valued with greater professionalism, higher standards, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. Watching this transformation fills me with immense pride. To know that I have been a part in shaping this journey through EMMA is truly humbling. More than trophies or titles, this is the achievement I value the most because building a legacy that elevates an entire industry is far more meaningful than any personal success.”
Beyond the technical curriculum, the training served as an invaluable platform for knowledge sharing within the Indian car audio community. Participants exchanged ideas, discussed installation techniques, tuning methodologies, and best practices while building relationships with fellow competitors and professionals who share a passion for achieving higher standards in automotive audio.
